Mapping Setup in Britixo allows you to automatically map transactions to the correct accounts. With AI-based mapping, you can reduce manual work and ensure accuracy across invoices, payments, credit notes, expenses, taxes, payroll, purchases, inventory, manufacturing, omni sales, and fixed assets.

By enabling automatic mapping for each transaction type, Britixo AI automation will intelligently match and assign transactions to the appropriate payment and deposit accounts.

How Mapping Setup Works

• Toggle the switch option to activate mapping for each transaction type.
  
  

• Assign the Payment Account and Deposit To Account.
  
  

• Once enabled, Britixo will automatically map transactions to the selected account pairs.
  
  

Types of Mapping in Britixo

Invoice Mapping

Automatically map invoice data to the correct accounts when invoices are created.

Payment Mode Mapping

Set up mapping for specific payment methods (e.g., bank transfer, credit card, or cash).

• Applies to payments made from invoices, expenses, or credit note refunds.
  
  

Expense Category Mapping

Map expenses based on special expense categories.

• Any expense linked to the configured category will follow this mapping rule.
  
  

Tax Mapping Setup

Configure mapping for special taxes.
