What the module checks

  • View permission opens the workspace; Create saves a new shared record; Edit changes status; Delete removes a record; Export downloads the section CSV.
  • Record Title is required and section-specific fields marked with an asterisk are required.
  • Status must be one of draft, pending, approved, rejected, active, completed, locked or archived.
  • Priority must be low, normal, high or critical.
  • This is the module’s shared structured-record register; use the separate specialised operational centre when one exists.

What happens next

The result remains available from Admin Area → Human Resources → Benefits, Expenses & Finance → Pension Management. Confirm its identifier, status, linked employee or period, dates and audit/activity record before relying on it operationally.

Troubleshooting

  • If the menu or action is missing, confirm the module is active and your HRM capability is assigned.
  • If validation fails, correct the exact field named in the message; do not bypass the rule in another workspace.
  • If a downstream email or automation does not run, check the related delivery/audit log and the host application cron or mail configuration.
HR data safety Restrict identity, right-to-work, payroll, bank, health, disciplinary and document information to authorised staff. Do not place protected values in free-text notes, email recipients or screenshots.
