Open appointment details from the table
Move from a summary row into the full permission-aware appointment record to review status, people, timing, service, reminders, calendar and invoice data.
What this feature does
Move from a summary row into the full permission-aware appointment record to review status, people, timing, service, reminders, calendar and invoice data. It uses Britixo's permission-aware appointment, availability, status and integration flow rather than an unconnected diary entry.
How the module flow works
Each native appointment row carries its record identifier and opens the module detail controller.
The detail view assembles the appointment, related contact or lead, staff attendees, service, provider, calendar references, invoice link, history and available actions.
Buttons are conditionally displayed according to record state and the current user's create, edit, delete, approve or invoicing permissions.
Step-by-step workflow
- Apply the required table filter.
- Select the appointment subject or row action.
- Review the status, source and related person.
- Check timing, timezone, service, provider and reminders.
- Use only the actions available for the current state.
Important fields and decisions
What happens after completion
After this workflow completes, Britixo keeps the appointment and its supported relationships connected. Reopen the appointment and verify the saved status, date, timezone, customer or lead, service, provider, attendees, reminder state, calendar or meeting reference, invoice reference and history that apply to this feature. External email, SMS, Google, Microsoft or payment outcomes must be checked separately from the Britixo database save.
- Open the saved appointment and confirm the final status and source.
- Check the participant, provider, timing and timezone from the full detail page.
- Review the relevant table filter, calendar, history, report or linked invoice instead of relying only on a success message.
Controls, checks and common mistakes
- Confirm the appointment identity before changing status.
- A missing action can be a permission or state restriction rather than an error.
- Use activity/history entries to understand prior changes.
- Use the least destructive correction and retain the appointment history when the booking existed operationally.
- Never bypass a permission, availability, approval, client-access or verification control by changing an unrelated route or setting.
