View the complete appointment record
Audit every part of an appointment from one detail screen, including relationship, service, provider, participants, timing, status, reminders, calendar, invoice, feedback and history.
What this feature does
Audit every part of an appointment from one detail screen, including relationship, service, provider, participants, timing, status, reminders, calendar, invoice, feedback and history. It uses Britixo's permission-aware appointment, availability, status and integration flow rather than an unconnected diary entry.
How the module flow works
The detail controller combines the main appointment row with related contact or lead data, service relationships, attendees, custom fields, invoice, feedback, calendar and history information.
Available actions are generated from current status, source and the signed-in user's permissions.
The detail view is the authoritative operational screen; table rows and calendar tooltips intentionally show less information.
Step-by-step workflow
- Open the appointment from the list, calendar, customer, lead or public link.
- Confirm its subject, source, status and relationship.
- Review service, provider, attendees, date, time, duration and timezone.
- Inspect reminders, calendar/meeting links, invoice, feedback and recurrence.
- Review history before editing, changing status, cancelling or deleting.
Important fields and decisions
What happens after completion
After this workflow completes, Britixo keeps the appointment and its supported relationships connected. Reopen the appointment and verify the saved status, date, timezone, customer or lead, service, provider, attendees, reminder state, calendar or meeting reference, invoice reference and history that apply to this feature. External email, SMS, Google, Microsoft or payment outcomes must be checked separately from the Britixo database save.
- Open the saved appointment and confirm the final status and source.
- Check the participant, provider, timing and timezone from the full detail page.
- Review the relevant table filter, calendar, history, report or linked invoice instead of relying only on a success message.
Controls, checks and common mistakes
- Use the detail page rather than relying on an email copy when making a decision.
- Public links must expose only the information allowed by the public controller.
- A missing integration block usually means that feature was not configured for the record.
- Use the least destructive correction and retain the appointment history when the booking existed operationally.
- Never bypass a permission, availability, approval, client-access or verification control by changing an unrelated route or setting.
