Before you start

Use supplier performance as operational evidence alongside credential checks and the actual job history.

Follow these steps

  1. Find the supplier in Native supplier directory.
  2. Review jobs, completion percentage, average days, tenant rating and average invoice values that are available.
  3. Compare metrics with the underlying jobs and tenant feedback.
  4. Inspect invoice and payment state in the native supplier workflow before treating an amount as paid.
  5. Use the information to decide the next authorised allocation or follow-up.

Check it worked

Your decision is supported by the supplier’s real work and evidence rather than a readiness badge alone.

If something does not look right

No jobs or incomplete feedback can make performance figures sparse. A displayed invoice state is not evidence of a bank transfer by Flow.

Questions and answers

Does a good completion rate override expired credentials?

No. New allocation still checks required credential expiry.

Can Flow pay the supplier?

Flow displays and synchronises operational invoice/payment state. Actual payment remains in the authorised native finance process.

Where do supplier accounts come from?

The existing CRM customer directory and its Supplier/Suppliers group.
