Module Control in Britixo Practice Management

Plan module activation, permissions and compatibility checks without confusing a menu switch with a complete implementation.

01

Choose the workflow before the module

A module should support a defined task and a named group of users. Review its purpose, dependencies and relationship to existing records before activation. A feature can appear in a catalogue without being enabled for every account or included in every commercial package. Confirm availability and deployment requirements for your workspace.

02

Activation is only one step

Module controls can expose or hide functionality, but a working implementation may also require permissions, settings, integrations and scheduled processing. Follow the current installed-module guidance and review the module-specific instructions. Avoid assuming that enabling a module automatically imports data, grants access or configures an external provider.

03

Verify before wider use

Check a representative workflow with an authorised user and confirm the resulting record, visibility and activity history. Deactivation and uninstallation are different operations and can have different data consequences. Establish the supported recovery route before making operational changes and keep unrelated modules outside the change scope.
