This ensures that every property record, request, or report reflects your operational style and industry-specific terminology, without forcing you to adapt to generic CRM labels.
Step-by-Step: Customising Real Estate Modules in Britixo
🛠 1. Accessing Customisation Settings
From the Settings menu in the left-hand navigation, click Custom Fields .
You’ll see a list of modules available for customisation, including:
Properties
Owners
Brokers
Tenants
Sale Requests
Lease Requests
Expenses & Income
🏷 2. Adding Custom Fields
Select the module you wish to edit (e.g., Properties).
Click Add Custom Field and:
Name the field (e.g., Energy Efficiency Rating , Parking Spaces ).
Choose the field type: text, dropdown, number, date, checkbox.
Decide if the field is mandatory.
Save changes — new fields will appear in both the add and edit screens for that module.
