Britixo makes it simple to add, update, and monitor these contacts, linking them directly to their respective property listings and transactions. This ensures that ownership details are always accurate and that brokers’ contributions are properly recorded.
Step-by-Step: Managing Owners and Brokers in Britixo
🧑💼 1. Accessing Owner and Broker Records
Go to Contacts from the left menu.
Use Filter by Role to view only Owners or Brokers .
➕ 2. Adding a New Owner
Click Add Contact .
Enter:
Name
Email Address
Phone Number
Address
Role – Set as Owner .
Link the owner to any existing property listings.
Save the record.
🤝 3. Adding a New Broker
Fill in broker details (similar to adding an owner).
Set Role to Broker .
Assign broker to specific properties or deals.
✏ 4. Editing Contact Information
Click the contact’s name.
Select Edit and update details.
Any linked property listings will reflect these updates automatically.
📌 5. Viewing Linked Properties and Transactions
Open the owner or broker profile.
Scroll to Linked Properties to see all current and past listings.
Check Transactions History for related sales, rentals, or commissions.
💡 Tip: For brokers, you can track performance over time by linking their profile to completed deals and generating broker-specific reports.
