Plan a Britixo Product Demo
Prepare a focused product demonstration around your workflows, users, data and acceptance questions.
01
Bring the workflow you want to improve
A useful demonstration begins with a task your team recognises: qualifying an enquiry, managing a project, reviewing property work or recording an invoice. Describe the current steps, where delays occur and which systems already hold the information. Use fictional or anonymised examples rather than live personal or confidential data.
02
Check the whole journey
Ask to see the starting record, the role performing the action and the resulting record or report. Include an exception such as a missing permission, incomplete input or a changed status. Distinguish an existing standard function from configuration, an optional module or development that would need to be scoped separately.
03
Leave with a clear next step
Record the workflows demonstrated, open questions and any dependencies on licences, providers or migration. A demonstration does not by itself confirm delivery dates, service levels or package entitlement. Use the follow-up discussion to agree the scope and evidence required for a trial or implementation decision.
