Design the whole conversation path
The technical brief starts with the customer’s route into the business. An incoming number reaches an agreed menu or queue, the call reaches an available agent and the outcome reaches the right record or colleague. For outbound work, the path begins with an approved contact and ends with a clear disposition and next action.
Each connection needs an owner. Confirm who controls the numbers, telephone provider, CRM, calendars and account permissions. A combined service reduces unnecessary handoffs, but it does not remove the need to test the individual systems and define which organisation can authorise changes.
Distinguish included workspace from custom integration
The published agent packages include standard campaign setup and core campaign workspace access without a separate fee. That is not a promise to build every third-party integration at no cost. Connecting an existing CRM, synchronising records, creating a custom portal or changing a business workflow requires assessment.
We review the data fields, source of truth, API access, authentication, error handling and access restrictions. If a link is unavailable, agents need an approved fallback that avoids losing customer information or creating duplicate actions. Sensitive data should not be copied into unnecessary systems merely to make the workflow convenient.
Choose managed delivery or technology for your own team
You may need Britixo agents and infrastructure together, or only VoIP and CRM facilities for agents you employ. These are separate commercial requirements. Telephone tariffs, number rental, porting and bespoke development sit outside the headline human-agent price unless expressly included in a written quotation.
For example, a new sales enquiry could arrive by phone, be qualified by an agent and create a task for your salesperson. The task would carry the agreed context and ownership. This is an illustrative design, not a claim that every CRM supports the same features without configuration or development.
