- Select an existing owner and verify loaded owner contact values.
- A landlord must be selected before saving the property. The form also requires House Number and Street Name. Select the correct existing landlord and verify the address before saving.
- Save the property, then reopen its detail page and check the changed values.

Check it worked
The saved property shows the intended values with its landlord and scope intact.
If something does not look right
If the expected result is missing, check the saved record, the current workspace and the action’s permissions. Record the exact validation message; do not repeat a state-changing action until you know whether the first attempt saved.
Questions and answers
Why does Save ask me to select a landlord?
The property save handler requires a landlord. Select the correct existing landlord in the form; a typed owner name is not a substitute for the selected relationship.
Can listing privacy make private evidence public?
No. Listing privacy and authenticated file access are separate controls. Inspect the permitted listing content without placing identity or tenancy evidence in public attachments.
