Review a property listing detail page
Inspect all stored sections, media, owner, broker, map and actions.
Before you start
You need property View or View Own plus the relevant Create, Edit or Delete capability. Creating or saving a property requires a landlord.
Follow these steps
- Open Properties and choose the existing listing, or the new-listing form for a new property.
- Inspect all stored sections, media, owner, broker, map and actions.
- The detail route uses the listing ID and current user scope.
- The saved property shows the intended values with its landlord and scope intact.
Fields, rules and limits

Check it worked
The saved property shows the intended values with its landlord and scope intact.
If something does not look right
If the expected result is missing, check the saved record, the current workspace and the action’s permissions. Record the exact validation message; do not repeat a state-changing action until you know whether the first attempt saved.
Questions and answers
Why does Save ask me to select a landlord?
The property save handler requires a landlord. Select the correct existing landlord in the form; a typed owner name is not a substitute for the selected relationship.
Can listing privacy make private evidence public?
No. Listing privacy and authenticated file access are separate controls. Inspect the permitted listing content without placing identity or tenancy evidence in public attachments.
