Follow these steps

  1. Find the team member by name or email in Account users.
  2. Choose Remove access when available. Read and confirm the action only for the intended person.
  3. Check the resulting disabled or removed-access state.
  4. To restore eligible access, open Edit access, select Active, review the allowed sections and choose Save access.
  5. Check the updated row. Review workspace access separately if the person also uses an installed application.
