Before you start

Sign in as the authorised landlord contact linked to the property and check that the team has enabled the functions you need.

Follow these steps

  1. Open Property Flow and confirm the property identity.
  2. Review maintenance, quote approvals, compliance, documents and performance where permitted.
  3. For an awaiting quote, read the amount and choose Approve or Reject.
  4. Review the property statement and its receipts, costs and recorded payouts if enabled.
  5. Use the existing landlord maintenance workflow for its supported native actions.

Check it worked

Your decision is recorded against the correct work order and the displayed records belong to your linked property.

If something does not look right

A missing approval button can mean the quote is not awaiting approval, you lack the approvals capability, or the active landlord link is incorrect.

Questions and answers

Can I see tenant private communications?

The portal applies role-safe communication scope; access is not a general mailbox permission.

Is the statement my bank balance?

No. It is the property’s operational ledger position.

Can I approve after rejecting?

Rejection returns work for a new quote. Review the current stage and updated quote before making the next decision.
