Before you start

Use your authorised tenant account to view the property and maintenance information made available by the property team.

Follow these steps

  1. Open Property Flow and confirm the address.
  2. Review your visible repair history and appointments.
  3. Check rent activity, documents, safety/inspection status and your communications where enabled.
  4. When Confirm completed work appears, inspect the notes and photos.
  5. Choose Resolved only if the work is satisfactory; choose Not resolved when further work is required.

Check it worked

Your completion decision is saved against your own linked request. Not resolved reopens the repair for further action.

If something does not look right

If a repair is absent, ask the team to check the request’s tenant client ownership as well as the property link. A property relationship alone does not grant completion rights over another tenant’s request.

Questions and answers

How do I report a new repair?

Use the existing tenant maintenance request route supplied by your property team.

Why is rent information hidden?

The tenant rent capability may be disabled or the property/account link may need correction.

Does a safety label replace the certificate?

No. Use the available document and the property team’s review process for the evidence behind the status.
