Introduction
In Britixo’s Real Estate module, Plans and Plan Details help you define how agents and their employees work within the system.
Plan Details allow you to create custom roles and assign permissions tailored to specific job responsibilities.
Plans apply constraints, such as how many property listings an agent can create each month.
By configuring both, you can ensure that agents and their staff have the right access levels and business rules, keeping your property operations consistent and secure.
Step 1: Create a Plan Detail (Custom Role)
Go to Real Estate → Settings → Plan Details.
Click New Plan Detail.
Enter the Role Name (e.g., “Sales Agent”, “Property Approver”).
Assign permissions by selecting from the available modules:

Real Estate Dashboard
View Global: Employees can access the full dashboard with performance metrics for their assigned agent.
Real Estate Agents
View Own: See their own agent profile.
View Global: See all agent profiles.
Edit: Update agent information.
Agent Staffs
View Global: See all staff for the agent.
Create/Edit/Delete: Manage agent employees.
Property Owners
View Own: See owners they created.
View Global: See all owners linked to their agent.

View Own: See only their tenants.

Edit: Update tenant data.
Tip: Assign permissions carefully. Make sure each employee role only has access to the features they need for their responsibilities.
Step 2: Create a Plan (Constraints for Agents)
Go to Real Estate → Settings → Plans.
Click New Plan.
Fill in the required details:
Plan Name – descriptive name for the plan (e.g., “Starter Plan”, “Pro Agent Plan”).
Monthly Listings – limit the number of properties an agent can create per month.
Rate – informational field only; it does not affect current business processes.
Save to complete.
Step 3: Apply Plan and Plan Details to Agents
When creating a new Real Estate Agent, you can assign them to a Plan.
The Plan Details determine what their employees can access and do in the system.
This ensures consistency across your real estate operations.
