From the main left-hand menu, click Reports .

In the Real Estate Reports section, you’ll find different categories:

Financial Reports – income, expenses, net profit per property.

Occupancy & Vacancy Reports – current occupancy rate, vacant units, lease end dates.

Sales Reports – sold properties, sales revenue, agent commissions.

Rental Reports – rent collected, pending rent, delinquent tenants.
