Log in to Britixo using your credentials.
The dashboard is the first page you’ll see upon login.
If you navigate away, you can return via Dashboard in the left-hand menu.
🏘 2. Sales & Rental Income Overview
Sales Income : Displays total sales revenue, with figures for For Sale , Sold , and Currently Selling properties.
Rental Income : Shows revenue from leased properties, along with property counts in For Lease , Rented , and Available .
Both sections are clickable for drilling down into transaction details.
📌 3. Property Requests by Status & Type
Sale Requests : Track incoming requests, categorised by Status (pending, approved, closed) and Property Type (residential, commercial, land).
Rental Requests : Similar view for rental enquiries, filtered by status and property type.

Data is often visualised using charts or lists, helping identify profitable markets.
