Introduction
As your property listings grow in Britixo, quick access to accurate property information is essential. The Real Estate module provides search and filter tools to locate properties easily, along with detailed property views that show ownership, staff assignments, history, and location maps.
By mastering these functions, you can find properties faster, track who is responsible, and understand the property’s transaction history at a glance.
Step 1: Search or Filter for Properties
Go to Real Estate → Properties.
At the top of the Properties list, click Filter.
Enter your search criteria:
Property code
Status (New, Active, Pending, Sold, Rented, etc.)
Assigned staff, agent, or broker
Owner
Location details
Click Apply Filter to see matching results.
Use Clear All Filters to reset the list.
Step 2: View Detailed Property Information
From the Properties list, click View next to the property you want to open.
The property detail screen will display:
Responsible Person – the employee, agent, or broker assigned to the property.
Linked Company, Agent, Staff, or Broker – click their name to open their profile.
Property History – track changes such as:
Status updates (e.g., Active → Sold).
Transaction type (Sale/Rent).
Price changes.
Attachments – view images, videos, and documents uploaded for the property.
Step 3: View Properties on a Map
From the Properties screen, click the Map view option.
Properties will display on the map with markers.
Use filters to narrow the results shown on the map (e.g., only Active or Rented properties).
Switch back anytime by clicking List view to return to the standard property table.

Always check the Property History for a complete record of changes before making new updates.
