Before you start

Use your own authorised staff account in the intended Britixo workspace. The Sales CRM module must be available and your role must include the permissions stated above. Existing leads, customers, communications and customer portal pages retain their normal access rules.

Follow these steps

  1. Choose Call, Meeting, Task, Email reminder or Note.
  2. Enter the date and time in the workspace timezone displayed on the form, add a title and enter useful notes.
  3. Choose Add activity. A note is immediately completed; the other activity types remain open.
  4. After the work happens, select an outcome and choose Complete. Use Cancel for work that is no longer needed, or Reopen when it must be resumed.

Behavior and limits

  • An activity belongs to the deal owner. Reassigning the deal also transfers its open activities; completed history remains intact.
  • Outcomes include completed, connected, no answer, positive, negative and rescheduled.
  • An email reminder does not send an email. A call activity does not place a telephone call. Use the existing mailbox and calling tools for communications.
  • The detail view shows the first 200 activities, with open activities first and dates in order. Activity events appear in deal history.
  • Concurrent activity updates are checked using the activity revision.

Check it worked

  • Check the activity’s title, due time, status and outcome in the deal details.

Troubleshooting

  • If completion is rejected, select an outcome and retry.
  • If another person updated the activity, reopen the deal before applying your change. A stale request does not overwrite their result.
