Before you start
Use your own authorised staff account in the intended Britixo workspace. The Sales CRM module must be available and your role must include the permissions stated above. Existing leads, customers, communications and customer portal pages retain their normal access rules.
Follow these steps
- Confirm the currency before entering the deal value.
- Set a whole-number probability based on your sales process.
- Use Pipeline for ordinary open opportunities, Best case for plausible upside, Commit for an owner’s committed forecast, or Omitted from forecast when it should be excluded.
- Save and compare the deal’s weighted value with the Forecast & targets table.
Behavior and limits
- A probability is a user or stage value, not a trained predictive model score.
- Moving stage applies that stage’s default probability. Editing a stage’s default does not rewrite existing deals.
- Won and Lost override probability to 100% and 0% respectively.
- Changing a currency does not convert the amount. Enter the intended value in the new currency before saving.
- Deal and target amounts support two decimal places. The system does not perform currency conversion or generate invoices from a deal.
Check it worked
- Check both the currency code and amount after saving. Confirm the category’s effect on the forecast.
Troubleshooting
- If a forecast differs from the board’s probability-weighted total, check the date period and omitted/closed outcomes. The board summarises the current filter; the forecast applies its stated category rules.
