Where to goSales CRM → Deals → Needs attention, or open a deal

Before you start

Use your own authorised staff account in the intended Britixo workspace. The Sales CRM module must be available and your role must include the permissions stated above. Existing leads, customers, communications and customer portal pages retain their normal access rules.

Follow these steps

  1. Choose Needs attention to filter open deals with a health signal.
  2. Open a deal and review its warnings, next step and expected close date.
  3. Inspect Deal history for creation, edits, stage changes, approval decisions, activity changes and archive/restore actions.
  4. Update the actual source information or record the completed activity, then refresh the pipeline.

Behavior and limits

  • Signals identify an overdue expected close date, missing next step, missing close date or no recorded activity for 14 days.
  • These are explainable rules. They are not AI win predictions, customer engagement measurements or guarantees of a sale.
  • Closed deals do not receive the open-deal risk flags.
  • The history panel shows the most recent 100 events with actor and time. Scheduling or updating a recorded activity updates the deal’s activity timestamp.

Check it worked

  • Verify that each signal matches the underlying date or missing field. Check the history entry after a change.

Troubleshooting

  • If a warning persists, inspect the saved value and workspace date rather than only the unsaved form.
  • A missing history item may be outside the displayed latest 100 events; the panel limit does not imply the older event was deleted.
