Verify Human Resource Management v1.3.0 after upgrade

Run a focused post-upgrade verification covering menus, tables, record changes, document versions and rota automation.

What you need before you start

• Access to Admin Area → Human Resources → HR Command Centre.
• The Human Resource Management: View capability or administrator access.
• The correct employee, record, period or authorised evidence.

How to do it

1. Confirm the module list shows version 1.3.0.
2. Open HR Command Centre and confirm the new helper, view, installer and routes are healthy.
3. Open Employee Record Centre, edit a non-sensitive test field with a reason and confirm synchronisation/history.
4. Replace a test employee document and confirm both old and new versions remain in version history.
5. Open Workforce Rota & Notifications, save settings, create availability and save a draft rota.
6. Run the host application cron once and review notification/rota logs.

What the module checks

• Use controlled test records and remove only the test data you created.
• Do not use repair endpoints unless a health check reports missing module-owned schema.
• Verify the current tenant only.

What happens next

The module saves the permitted change and records the resulting status, version, delivery or synchronisation evidence. Reopen the relevant register and verify it.

Troubleshooting

• If the control is missing, confirm the required HRM permission and module version 1.3.0.
• If saving fails, correct the exact field or state named in the validation message.
• If an email/automation is missing, review the module delivery/audit log and host cron/mail settings.
