2. General information, not a project recommendation

A binding service commitment arises only when authorised parties agree the relevant commercial and delivery terms. Those documents should state scope, outputs, responsibilities, assumptions, fees, timelines, acceptance, data handling, intellectual property, support and termination as relevant.
4. Acceptable use
You may use the website for lawful information, navigation and genuine business communication. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access, interfere with availability, introduce malicious code, probe systems without written permission, misuse contact details, submit unlawful material, impersonate another person or use automated activity in a way that creates unreasonable load.
Security researchers should use the contact published in the security information and must not access, alter, retain or disclose data beyond what is necessary to demonstrate an issue lawfully and responsibly.

These terms may be updated when the website, business or applicable requirements change. The current version published on this page applies to use after that update; a contract already signed is not changed merely by editing the website.
