Understand the work before proposing capacity
Tell us who contacts your business, why they call and what a successful response looks like. Include inbound and outbound requirements, hours, peak demand, existing systems and any specialist constraints. We need enough detail to distinguish a standard campaign from a dedicated or bespoke service.
The enquiry form collects the core operational and commercial information. It is still important to identify uncertainty honestly: estimated volume, an unconfirmed start date or an integration requiring assessment should be marked as such rather than turned into a false commitment.
Agree the scope and prepare the service
The written scope confirms agent responsibilities, staffing availability, sessions, price, separate costs, data arrangements and cancellation terms before payment. It also identifies what your team must supply, such as approved knowledge, permitted contact data and escalation owners. No automatic renewal is included in the published packages.
Preparation then turns the agreement into a usable workflow. Agents need an approved guide, access to the necessary records and a way to handle exceptions. Telephone routing, caller ID, calendar actions and CRM handovers are tested where relevant. Bespoke development or specialist work follows its own agreed deliverables.
Launch with a route for feedback
Start only when the required people, knowledge and systems are ready. A controlled first period can check real call reasons, record completeness and escalation behaviour. The review should distinguish delivery issues from gaps in the offer, data or your internal follow-up.
An illustrative launch might begin with one enquiry queue and a small set of approved outcomes, then expand after the first review. Timing depends on staffing, access, training and technical dependencies. We do not promise a universal instant launch or a particular commercial result. Material changes are assessed and agreed before they enter live service.
