Choose a question the pilot can answer
A short trial works best with a specific objective: can agents qualify incoming enquiries accurately, can your team act on the handover or does the appointment-setting brief capture the right business need? Attempting several unrelated campaigns at once makes the result harder to interpret.
Provide approved knowledge, a usable escalation route and permitted contact data where relevant. Agree the test audience, call direction and outcome definitions. A pilot is not permission to bypass screening, data protection, caller identity or other campaign controls because the initial volume is small.
Know the price and operating conditions
The prepaid pilot provides 10 reserved agent-hours for £149 excluding VAT, or £178.80 including 20% VAT. That is £14.90 per agent-hour excluding VAT. Standard campaign setup and core campaign workspace access have no separate fee. It covers one agreed non-regulated campaign in scheduled weekday sessions within 09:00–17:30 UK local time, excluding bank holidays.
External calls, number services, porting, purchased data and screening-provider charges are separate. Bespoke work, specialist requirements and additional campaigns need agreement. We confirm scope, staffing availability, start date, cancellation terms and the complete price before payment. There is no automatic renewal.
Review the evidence before extending
Use the initial work to check the brief as well as agent delivery. Review common questions, missing information, handover quality and the time needed for notes and follow-up. A small sample can reveal a broken process but cannot establish a reliable prediction of long-term conversion or every future demand peak.
For example, a business might use the pilot for requested enquiry callbacks and discover that several contacts need a technical specialist before booking. That learning can improve the qualification path. This is illustrative; the package does not guarantee a minimum number of completed calls, appointments, leads or sales.
