Where to goMy Account → API access → Request API integration
Before you startPrepare a plain-language requirement. Do not include passwords, secret API keys or access tokens.
Follow these steps
- Open API access and choose Request API integration.
- Enter a request title and the application or system involved.
- Explain what the API should do, which data or actions it needs, expected usage and your target date.
- Add useful technical information such as a public documentation link or supported authentication method, without including credentials.
- Choose Submit API request and check the confirmation. Follow the tracked request through the resulting support process.

A request, not an API keyThe customer form creates a request for review. It does not immediately issue a reusable API key.

Can I use it for a system not in Integrations?
Yes, describe the system and required workflow so Britixo can assess feasibility.
When will it be activated?
Activation depends on the agreed scope, supported access, approval and implementation. Submitting the request is the first step.
