Check a domain and request a reservation
Check availability and send a domain-reservation request to Britixo.
Where to goMy Account → Domains
Before you startA reservation request creates a support ticket. It does not itself complete registrar registration or guarantee ownership.
Follow these steps
- Open Domains and enter the domain name you want to check.
- Choose Check availability and read the result.
- If a reservation request is offered, review the domain carefully and choose Request reservation.
- The system checks availability again before creating the request.
- Find the request in the reservation list and open its ticket to follow the response. Wait for confirmation of registration, pricing and any further requirements.
Details that matter
Availability changesA result is a check at that time. Another party may register a domain before your request is completed.
What this screen coversThe current customer domain flow covers availability and reservation requests, rather than a full DNS, transfer or renewal control panel.
Common questions
Does an available result mean I own the domain?
No. Ownership requires completed registration and confirmation.
Where do I ask about an existing reservation?
Use its linked support ticket so the conversation stays attached to the correct request.
