Compare the actual service being purchased
A telephone answering price, an offshore calling rate and a UK dedicated-agent proposal can describe very different services. To assess your alternative fairly, we need the staffing location, language requirements, call direction, hours, volume, minimum commitment and expected tasks.
Check whether the price covers talk time, handling time, staffed availability or a particular outcome. Then look at notes, follow-up, quality review, reporting, setup and supervision. A lower headline rate can still produce a higher total if essential work is excluded or the minimum purchase is much larger.
Share the terms needed for a fair review
You can provide a current genuine quotation or a public offer with the relevant conditions. Remove unrelated personal information and anything you are not entitled to disclose. We need enough detail to compare scope and price, not another supplier’s confidential operational material.
Identify VAT treatment, telephone usage, numbers, data, screening, licences and integration charges. State any introductory period, renewal price and cancellation conditions. If the competitor’s offer has a minimum team size or contract term, include it so we do not compare a short block with a materially different commitment.
Receive a proposal you can evaluate
Britixo reviews the brief, dependencies and staffing availability before confirming any revised offer. A price review is an invitation to compare and negotiate; it is not an unconditional promise to undercut every price or an independently verified claim to be the lowest-priced provider in the UK.
Our published reference packages are 10 agent-hours for £149 excluding VAT and 40 agent-hours for £580 excluding VAT, with full standard conditions and separate costs. At 20% VAT the totals are £178.80 and £696. Any alternative commercial offer is confirmed in writing before payment. The quotation defines service delivery; sales and lead volumes depend on the campaign.
