Separate agent time from telephone services
The published agent packages price reserved working time. External telephone usage, numbers and porting are separate unless a written quotation expressly includes them. The required destinations, call direction, expected duration and existing provider affect the telephone requirements.
Tell us whether you need a new number, forwarding from a current number or a port. Identify UK and overseas destinations and any specialist numbers. We confirm the applicable tariff and service costs for the actual requirement rather than inventing a universal per-call rate that may not apply to your campaign.
Account for data and integration dependencies
Purchased contact data and screening-provider charges are separate. A campaign may need list preparation, approved suppression matching or a provider service before agents can call. These activities should be scoped alongside the lawful contact process, not added after calling begins.
Standard campaign setup and core workspace access have no separate fee in the published packages. Bespoke CRM integration, custom portals, third-party licences and non-standard workflow development are different work. Confirm what is configured, what is built, who maintains it and whether any provider imposes a recurring charge.
Use a cost schedule that can be reviewed
A practical quotation distinguishes one-off setup or development, recurring services, usage charges and reserved agent capacity. State assumptions about volume and destinations. If an estimate uses incomplete information, identify what must be confirmed before the final price is accepted.
For example, an outbound campaign may need agent hours, an authorised number and separately metered external calls. Another may already have suitable numbers and require a CRM link instead. These are illustrative combinations, not tariffs. Dedicated staffing, extended hours, specialist training and additional campaigns also need assessment and written pricing.
