Configure broker-staff numbering
Set real_broker_staff_prefix and real_broker_staff_number.

General Settings and Prefix Settings require an administrator.
Follow these steps
- Open Prefix Settings and locate the named prefix and next-number pair.
- Set real_broker_staff_prefix and real_broker_staff_number.
- Do not reset below identifiers already issued.
- Save the prefix and number; inspect the next legitimately created record to confirm its reference.
