Before you start
General Settings and Prefix Settings require an administrator.
Follow these steps
- Open Prefix Settings and locate the named prefix and next-number pair.
- Set real_property_owner_prefix and real_property_owner_number.
- Verify a newly created owner receives the intended code.
- Save the prefix and number; inspect the next legitimately created record to confirm its reference.
