Configure general staff-code numbering
Set staff_code_prefix and staff_code_number used by module staff records.

- Open Prefix Settings and locate the named prefix and next-number pair.
- Set staff_code_prefix and staff_code_number used by module staff records.

- Save the prefix and number; inspect the next legitimately created record to confirm its reference.
