Before you startThe questions depend on the selected application category. Submission creates a case; it is not an approval from a licensing authority.

Follow these steps

  1. Open License Applications and choose Start Application, or Resume Draft to continue saved work.
  2. Select the category and wait for its questionnaire to load. Complete any required type or subtype and the category-specific answers.
  3. Review priority, linked property, authority, authority reference, target date, summary and notes where requested.
  4. The draft is saved as you work. Check the draft status before leaving and use Resume Draft when you return.
  5. Use Clear saved draft only when you intend to discard that saved draft.
  6. Review required answers and choose Submit Application when complete. Record the returned reference and check the created application.

Details that matter

Adaptive questionnaireChanging category can change the required questions. Read the labels and guidance for the selected category.
Draft versus submissionA saved draft is unfinished work. It becomes a submitted application only after the final submission succeeds.
