Why is my VPS order still pending or provisioning?
A submitted order or completed payment does not prove that a VPS is ready for use. Provisioning can involve separate billing, allocation and first-boot stages. Follow the returned service status rather than retrying the order or repeatedly pressing power controls.
Instructions
1. Match the correct order and invoice
In My Account, check the invoice reference, payment record and selected service. If payment is pending reconciliation, keep the receipt or provider reference available without exposing payment-card details.
2. Inspect the service’s final state
Open the appropriate VPS service in Hosting Solutions. Where the control panel is available, review Overview and Activity for the last operation and its outcome. An accepted or processing entry may precede the final provider state.
3. Escalate the specific stalled stage
If the state remains unresolved, use the existing support conversation and include the service reference, order or invoice reference, operation, timestamp and non-sensitive error. Ask which stage is pending. Do not create another server order simply to force progress.
Check the result
- The invoice, service and activity records refer to the same intended VPS.
- Readiness is confirmed by the final service state and a successful authorised access check.
Troubleshooting
- The invoice is paid but no access details are shown
- Ask support about provisioning status; payment alone is not a completed server deployment.
- Several similar orders now exist
- Identify their references and ask support to resolve the intended order before further payment or provisioning actions.
