Manage VPS notifications and inspect activity
Configure supported alert rules and inspect the recorded result of VPS operations.
Where to goVPS Control Panel → Notifications / Activity
Before you startAvailable notification types, thresholds, channels and actions come from your service provider.
Follow these steps
- Select the server and open Notifications.
- Choose Add notification, then complete the displayed threshold, channel and action fields.
- Save the rule and inspect its details. Use Edit to change an existing rule or Delete only to remove the selected rule.
- Open Activity to review recorded operations, their time and result.
- After a command that is still processing, refresh the relevant server section and compare the final state with the activity record.
Details that matter
Rule detailsCheck the metric, condition and destination so the notification reaches the intended recipient.
Evidence of completionA recorded request or accepted operation may precede the final provider state.
Common questions
Will alerts be sent through every channel?
Only the channels supported and configured for that rule are available.
What should I give support about a failed operation?
Provide the server reference, operation, time and non-sensitive error or activity result.
