What the module checks
- Menu visibility does not replace controller permission checks.
- Employee Record Centre and Workforce Rota & Notifications are separate specialised centres, not generic group sections.
- An unavailable item normally indicates missing permission, inactive module code or an incomplete tenant schema.
What happens next
The result remains available from Admin Area → Human Resources. Verify the final status, linked records and audit evidence.
Troubleshooting
HR data safety Restrict identity, right-to-work, payroll, bank, health, disciplinary and document information to authorised staff. Do not place protected values in free-text notes, email recipients or screenshots.
