What you need before you start
- Access to Admin Area → Human Resources → HR Command Centre.
- The Human Resource Management: View capability or administrator access.
- The correct employee, record, period or evidence reference before making a change.
How to do it
- Open Human Resources → HR Command Centre.
- Review the consolidated statistics and health percentage.
- Open a live centre from the grouped command cards; Workforce Rota & Notifications is identified as Phase 16.
- Review route, file and database health before attempting any repair.
- Use a phase repair endpoint only when the corresponding module-owned health check reports a missing requirement.
- After repair or upgrade, reload the Command Centre and verify the affected route/file/table is healthy.
Fields and options
Reference and titleIdentify the record clearly without placing confidential data in a public-facing title.
StatusUse the implemented draft, pending, approved, rejected, active, completed, locked or archived state.
Priority and datesSet operational priority, start and due dates only when they are meaningful for this record.

What the module checks
- Health pages are read-only until a separate repair action is deliberately invoked.
- The repair links cover module-owned phases and must not be used to alter unrelated core tables or files.
- Employee Record Centre is opened from the main Human Resources menu in v1.3.0 even though the retained command-centre section map predates a dedicated card for it.
