Follow these steps

  1. Record the exact screen, record reference and error message.
  2. Check the host scheduler, workspace readiness and recorded task results.
  3. The merged module registers scheduled work. It processes compliance synchronisation/notifications and, independently, tenant application/invitation/message retention when the schema is ready. Optional compliance-table retention runs only when its automation option is enabled. Both retention paths respect their policies and holds.
  4. The issue is resolved or can be escalated with a precise record reference and reproducible error.
