Milestone 07 · Accountable support

Accountable Managed IT Support & Continuous Improvement

Keep the service connected after launch. Britixo brings agreed support, maintenance and service coordination together so your team knows where to go and who owns the next action.

What this milestone achieves

The need for responsibility does not end when a project goes live. An incident may involve an application, server, connection or device, and the user needs a clear route to help. We define the support boundary and escalation process so the service can be investigated and coordinated without losing the context of the original requirement.

One window means a joined-up point of contact for the Britixo services you choose. It does not remove the need for clear agreements: supported systems, service hours, priorities, response targets and any third-party responsibilities are confirmed for your contract. A 24/7 Support desk route is available for creating and tracking tickets.

What the agreed delivery can include

01

A clear support entry point

Users and administrators know how to raise an issue, which information to provide and how to follow progress through the support desk.

02

Defined service ownership

Supported components, access permissions, escalation contacts and maintenance responsibilities are documented for the agreed service.

03

A route for improvement

Recurring issues and new requirements can be reviewed alongside service priorities. Approved changes feed back into a scoped delivery plan.

Clear ownership, without gaps between teams

Britixo takes responsibility for the work and coordination covered by your service agreement. Your organisation appoints authorised contacts and makes the required business decisions. Where resolution depends on an external provider, we identify that dependency and the next action within the agreed support arrangement.

How it connects to the next step

Support findings can reveal the next useful improvement. We feed those requirements back into discovery, keeping software, infrastructure, communications and equipment decisions connected to the way your organisation works. You can start with one service or bring several under the same agreed delivery relationship.
