A communications solution should make it clear how an enquiry reaches the right person and what happens next. We review the teams, locations, call flows and messaging workflows involved. That can connect a PBX or SIP requirement with CRM records, routing, internal collaboration and support.
Britixo operates its own UK-hosted core communications platforms, PBX and SIP infrastructure. Public telephone connectivity and connected messaging platforms involve upstream services and provider requirements. The delivery plan identifies these boundaries so the service and its charges are clear before activation.

Configuration and integration
The approved platform configuration is connected to the required devices and applications. Access, provider permissions and available interfaces are checked for each integration.
A usable team handover
We check representative calling and messaging scenarios with your team and document the agreed support and administration route.
Clear ownership, without gaps between teams
Britixo provides the configuration and support included in the agreed communications service. Your team confirms routing decisions, authorised users and any existing number or provider details needed for the change. Internet access, external carriers and messaging providers retain their respective responsibilities.

Britixo’s PBX/SIP platform setup and worldwide internal team calls are free under the stated platform offer. Britixo WhatsApp Business API platform access, integrations and setup are also free. External calls, number services and any applicable messaging-provider charges are confirmed separately. We document the arrangement before use and connect the live service to support.
