What service does Britixo provide?

Britixo offers UK-based, native English-speaking human agents for agreed inbound call handling and outbound work, including appropriate B2B telemarketing, requested lead follow-up and appointment setting. VoIP, PBX, CRM and tailored software workflows can be scoped alongside delivery. Technology for your own agents is a separate requirement.

Agents work within approved knowledge and authority. The general service does not include regulated professional advice, emergency response or unrestricted access to your customer systems. Additional languages, specialist tasks and extended hours need assessment and written agreement.

What does the published price buy?

The prepaid pilot provides 10 agent-hours for £149 excluding VAT, or £178.80 including 20% VAT. The prepaid growth block provides 40 agent-hours for £580 excluding VAT, or £696 including 20% VAT. The latter is equivalent to £14.50 per agent-hour excluding VAT. Standard setup and core campaign workspace access have no separate fee.

An agent-hour includes reserved working time, calls, dialling or waiting within the session, notes and agreed standard follow-up. External calls, number services, porting, data and screening-provider costs are separate. Bespoke and specialist work require agreement. The standard scope is one non-regulated campaign in scheduled weekday sessions within 09:00–17:30 UK time, excluding bank holidays.

What needs confirming before launch?

Staffing availability, start date, sessions, complete price, scope and cancellation terms are confirmed before payment. There is no automatic renewal. A start date depends on approved knowledge, permitted data and system readiness; it is not guaranteed simply because an enquiry has been submitted.

Use the dedicated contact form to describe company scale, demand, hours, call purpose, systems and budget. The current enquiry process provides a reference and confirmation through the existing system. A detailed brief reduces avoidable follow-up, but uncertain or complex requirements may still need clarification. Call counts and commercial outcomes depend on the actual campaign and are not guaranteed.

A few useful answers

Before you decide.

For the full service and package conditions, return to our UK call centre services overview.

Do packages include unlimited calls or guaranteed sales?

No. They provide reserved working capacity for the agreed campaign. Call counts, lead volume, appointments and revenue are not guaranteed.

Can we start small and grow?

A focused pilot can test the workflow, and additional capacity can be assessed afterwards. Expansion depends on agreement, availability and any changes to the service.

Will all calls be recorded?

Recording is not assumed. Purpose, notices, access, retention, technical availability and costs must be agreed where recording is required.
