Resolve missing menus, records or service access
Check account access, upstream data status and service messages before reporting a problem.
Where to goMy Account → Account data status / Support tickets
Before you startUse your own account and avoid repeating payments, installations or other consequential actions while their status is uncertain.
Follow these steps
- Confirm that the correct company and account are shown after sign-in.
- For a missing menu, ask the account owner to review your permitted Account users sections. Workspace roles are a separate check.
- For an empty or stale section, open Account data status and review the generated time and available upstream status information.
- Use Retry where offered, then return to the affected section and refresh its information.
- For a service that will not open, read its provisioning, approval, licence, payment and verification message.
- Create a support ticket if the issue remains. Include the section, reference, time, expected result and non-sensitive error. Sign out when finished.
Details that matter
Record visibilityInformation is filtered to the signed-in client and permissions. An empty list does not prove that the underlying record has been deleted.
Pending actionsA request accepted by the interface may still need payment verification, administration or provider processing.
