Before you start

Use your own authorised staff account in the intended Britixo workspace. The Sales CRM module must be available and your role must include the permissions stated above. Existing leads, customers, communications and customer portal pages retain their normal access rules.

Follow these steps

  1. Open the intended opportunity and check its owner, stage and existing follow-up activity.
  2. Choose Start cadence, select an active template and enter its start date and time.
  3. Review the template summary and start the cadence.
  4. Check Follow-up cadence for its Active state and current step. Find the new activity under Activities.
  5. Confirm the activity owner and due time, then follow the instructions when carrying out the work.

Behavior and limits

  • Only an active, open deal with an eligible owner can be enrolled. Archived, Won and Lost deals cannot start a cadence.
  • A deal can have only one active or paused cadence. Stop the existing run before starting another. Completed and stopped runs remain in history.
  • The first activity is created immediately with its scheduled due time; it is not held in an invisible queue until that time. A past start time may produce an overdue reminder.
  • The first step delay is added to the selected start time. The interface uses the application timezone shown on the deal. Supported dates cannot extend beyond 2099.
  • Submitting the same enrolment request again returns the same run rather than duplicating it. A stale deal revision requires a refresh.
  • The process uses the existing deal owner and access rules. Enrolment does not grant any additional customer, lead or deal access.

Check it worked

  • Confirm one run and one initial activity appear, with a Cadence step badge.
  • Compare the due time with the selected start time plus the first step delay.

Troubleshooting

  • If Start cadence is absent, check Edit permission, whether the deal is open, and whether an active or paused run already exists.
  • If the owner is unavailable, an authorised manager must review the current owner using normal staff and deal permissions.
  • If no active templates are available, an administrator must configure and activate an appropriate template.
