Before you startAutomatic recharge authorises future payments under the settings and consent shown. Review them before enabling it.

Follow these steps

  1. Open the saved-card area and choose Save or replace card when offered. Complete the secure Stripe setup and required consent.
  2. In automatic recharge, set the low-balance threshold, recharge amount and monthly maximum.
  3. Review the enable option and explicit authorisation, then choose Save recharge settings.
  4. Check the saved status. The monthly limit follows the London calendar month, and the flow limits attempts to at most one per hour.
  5. Use Turn off to stop future automatic recharge attempts when needed.
  6. Use Remove from VoIP to remove the stored method from this VoIP payment arrangement. This also turns automatic recharge off.

Details that matter

Payment failureA decline or bank-approval requirement can pause automatic recharge and require attention.
Already submitted paymentsTurning recharge off does not necessarily cancel a payment already submitted for processing.

Use the options presented by the payment flow; saved-card and automatic-recharge consent are separate choices.

Can I change the monthly limit?

Edit the recharge settings, review the resulting amount and authorisation, then save and confirm the new settings.
