Property visibility is required. Approval uses real_property_approval View and Approval; ordinary status changes require property Edit.

- Open the relevant Property Status, Account Status or Approvals workspace.
- Use the supported approval/status action on the pending listing.
- Approval is registered as create capability within real_property_approval.
- Use the displayed action for this task and verify the resulting status or note.
