Require property approvals for staff

Enable require_approvals for the selected staff member.

Before you start

Property visibility is required. Approval uses real_property_approval View and Approval; ordinary status changes require property Edit.

Follow these steps

  1. Open the relevant Property Status, Account Status or Approvals workspace.
  2. Enable require_approvals for the selected staff member.
  3. Verify new/edited listings enter the pending flow as intended.
  4. Use the displayed action for this task and verify the resulting status or note.
