Delete a property-status entry with a reason

Use the status screen’s delete action and provide delete_reason when prompted.

Before you start

Property visibility is required. Approval uses real_property_approval View and Approval; ordinary status changes require property Edit.

Follow these steps

  1. Open the relevant Property Status, Account Status or Approvals workspace.
  2. Use the status screen’s delete action and provide delete_reason when prompted.
  3. The view exposes property_id and delete_reason with CSRF protection.
  4. Use the displayed action for this task and verify the resulting status or note.
