Approve selected properties in bulk
Approve a deliberately selected batch of pending properties.
Before you start
Property visibility is required. Approval uses real_property_approval View and Approval; ordinary status changes require property Edit.
Follow these steps
- Open the relevant Property Status, Account Status or Approvals workspace.
- Approve a deliberately selected batch of pending properties.
- Bulk approval accepts 1–500 distinct positive property IDs and requires Approval authority plus access to every selected property. It sets the approved listings to new and records approver/date; it is not an arbitrary bulk-status selector.
- Use the displayed action for this task and verify the resulting status or note.
