Open existing notes for the selected relation.

Before you start

Property visibility is required. Approval uses real_property_approval View and Approval; ordinary status changes require property Edit.

Follow these steps

  1. Open the relevant Property Status, Account Status or Approvals workspace.
  2. Open existing notes for the selected relation.
  3. Verify note visibility and author/date evidence.
  4. The property status, approval result or note is retained on the intended record.
